In this agreement, "the Company" means Activebrand and any of its affiliates. "The Game" is our SaaS sponsorship allocation game, which includes: (a) the game server, or "Server", which is hosted and run by the Company or one of its partners; (b) the game interface, or "Client", that you access through your web browser or desktop app.

1. Grant of a Limited License

By agreeing to these Terms of Service and following them, you get a license to play the Game. You're agreeing that you won't: (a) use the Game for anything illegal or against any laws where you are; (b) use bots, hacks, exploits, or any unauthorized software with the Game; (c) try to get into the Servers, Clients, or anyone's player data without permission; (d) mess with how the Game works in any way, whether that's the Servers, the interface, or how other players experience it; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or try to figure out the source code or how the Game actually works under the hood.

2. Eligibility

You're saying that you can legally agree to this, or if you're a minor, that your parent or guardian can sign on your behalf.

3. Ownership

Everything about the Game belongs to the Company or its partners. That's your account, the code, all the graphics, how it plays, the artwork, the data, the documentation, all of it.

4. User Accounts

We can suspend, delete, or change your account whenever we want, for whatever reason, and we don't have to tell you first.

5. Indemnity

The Company isn't responsible for anything that goes wrong from using the Game. Lost progress, corrupted data, deleted accounts, simulation results that didn't work out, your computer crashing, whatever it is. We're also not liable if the Game goes down or you can't connect to the Server. Same goes for bugs that block you from parts of the Game, or if things run slow because of your internet connection or lag. You agree to cover us for any losses, claims, damage, or costs that come from how you use the Game.

6. Termination

We can end this agreement whenever we want, for any reason, without warning.

7. Changes to this Agreement or the Game

We can change these terms or change the Game itself anytime we decide to.
